Georgia Davis May 2015 update

I was wondering recently how Georgia Davis was doing, as she hadn't popped up in The Sun for a while (they seemed to have first-call on her story for some time). Then an update appeared on May 1st. Tragically the news was far from good - Georgia had once again been 'broken out' of her home by emergency services. This time, the front of the house didn't have to be removed, as Georgia now lives in a specially adapted ground floor flat with French doors wide enough to get her out when need be.

The need had sadly arisen again. Georgia is now 22. She is currently an estimated 55 stone. She had developed a severe infection and needed to go to hospital. It took 2 cranes, 7 police cars, 2 fire engines and 11 medics to get Georgia to hospital. The cost to the already strained Welsh NHS would have been significant.
