The banks get it – why don’t public health authorities?
If you follow any real foodies on twitter you may well have seen a report circulated on Monday September 21st 2015. It came from a most unlikely source: Credit Suisse investment bank. Credit Suisse has a Research Institute, which exists to provide guidance to clients with investment decisions. Food is obviously a significant market for companies and investors and Credit Suisse has spent the past year reviewing trends in nutritional guidelines and beliefs to inform investment decisions.
