Beetroot, Blood Pressure and Bacon!

On April 16th 2013 the health headlines were about beetroot - not the most common food to capture the interest of the world's media from Fox News to the BBC. On the plus side, at least red meat was getting a well earned week off. On the down side, this was yet another piece of bad science and bad reporting.
