Just like Nancy below, Tania has also proved the calorie theory to be wrong. Tania’s total adds up to a higher 12,404 (what were the 4 cals I wonder?!) Assuming that Tania also needs 14,000 calories per week, she has a deficit of 1,596 calories each week, so she should be losing (1,596*52/3500) = 23.71lbs [...]
