Here’s a short video with some (hopefully) motivational thoughts, so that you can make this the last time you start a new diet. This time you will stick to it and get there! The three key messages are:
1) Tomorrow never comes, so you must start today. If you keep saying you’ll have another ‘bad’ day today and then start tomorrow, you will lose more days, months, even years not feeling the best you can be.
2) The three conditions that cause food cravings only get worse each day – they don’t get better until you attack them. So, if you think it will be tough tackling them today – it will be even more difficult the longer you leave it. Go for it now!
3) Unless you plan to be overweight, bloated, lacking in energy and having all the other nasty conditions that go with Candida, Food Intolerance and Hypoglycaemia for the rest of your life, you have to sort cravings some time – so do it now.
